Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of heradee (heradee.com, the "Service"), operated by 루아 아뜰리에 (Ruah Atelier) ("we").

2. The Service

heradee lets artists build a public Space for their work, and lets casting directors and agencies discover artists, publish casting calls, and contact them by message.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 14 years old.
• Keep your information accurate and your password secure.
• Casting director accounts can contact artists only after we verify them. We may decline verification.

4. Your content

• You keep the rights to the photos, videos, and text you post.
• You let us store, display, and process (for example, resize) your content as needed to run and promote the Service. This ends when you delete the content or your account.
• Only post content you have the rights to, and respect others' rights and privacy.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Impersonation or false account information
• Fraud, requests for money, or exploitation disguised as casting
• Sexual, hateful, or illegal content
• Spam, unsolicited ads, or automated scraping
• Interfering with the Service or its security

We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules.

6. Premium subscription

• Premium is a monthly subscription, currently $13.99 per month (taxes included). First-time subscribers get one 30-day free trial.
• After the trial, your payment method is charged automatically and the subscription renews monthly. Cancel during the trial and you will not be charged.
• Cancel any time from Billing in My Page; Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds — the same rules apply in every country:
  • Cancel during the free trial and you are never charged.
  • Within 7 days of a payment, if you have not used Premium features, you get a full refund.
  • Otherwise, paid periods are not partially refunded; cancelling stops the next charge.
  • Duplicate charges and billing errors are always refunded in full.
  • Request refunds at oz@platformoz.com; they go back to the original payment method. Where local law gives you stronger rights, those apply.
• We email you before your free trial converts to a paid subscription.
• We will give 30 days' notice before a price change.

7. Dealings between members

We provide the place where artists and casting directors meet; we are not a party to casting agreements, fees, or production terms between members. Report abusive contact and we will review it.

8. Termination

You can delete your account from My Page at any time; it is kept for 30 days and then permanently deleted. Messages you sent to other members stay in their conversation history, with the sender shown as “Unknown”. We may suspend or terminate accounts that seriously violate these terms.

9. Changes and availability

We may change features and may pause the Service for maintenance. We will announce material changes, and changes to these terms at least 7 days in advance (30 days if they reduce your rights).

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our control, by members, or by third-party services, except where caused by our intent or gross negligence.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of 캐나다 온타리오주 (Province of Ontario, Canada).
